We're unable to have the normal TMI meet in Sneem over this years October Bank Holiday, The lads in Sneem have stepped in and are organising a Sneem Motorhome Weekend.

Sneem welcomes you to this year’s October Bank Holiday Motorhome Weekend, proudly brought to you by Sneem Development and Sneem First Responders.

Come along and enjoy a fantastic weekend of music, markets, community events and entertainment, while exploring everything our beautiful village has to offer.

Motorhome parking will be available at Goosey Island Motorhome Parking and Sneem Hotel. All parking fees will go directly to Sneem First Responders, helping to support the vital work they do within our local community.

The weekend kicks off on Friday with a Sunset and Dark Skies night-time walk at 6pm, followed by the book launch of The Blow-ins of Inbhear Scéine in Sneem Community Centre at 7pm. Later, enjoy live music in the local pubs.

Saturday brings plenty of activities, starting with the Men’s Shed BBQ Fundraiser at the Pier from 5pm, followed by a Geo Walk from 6pm. Later, enjoy a Dingle Whiskey Tasting at 9pm in Dan Murphy’s Bar, along with live music in the local pubs.

Sunday is packed with community events, including the Artisan Market from 10am–2pm in the Community Centre, along with a Car Boot Sale in South Square from 11am. Scarecrows on the Green takes place at 2pm, before the evening continues with the Sneem Rowing Club Table Quiz in Riney’s from 8pm, followed by music in the local pubs and at Sneem Hotel.

A spooky Fairy Trail will be at Sneem Hotel throughout the week, along with more activities taking place throughout the week finishing on Halloween night.
